A day with Domovi

Most of the time you don't open it at all. It comes to you when something needs a decision, and you answer in one tap.

    A morning brief on your phone

    What needs you today, what's waiting on others, and what's coming up. Short enough to read before coffee.

  2. 9:12

    It notices, and asks once

    Every 15 minutes your Mac reads what's new in email, calendar, Slack and meeting notes. Anything that needs you becomes a card with a plan already worked out.

  3. 9:13

    One tap, and it's on your list

    The card becomes a task and Domovi starts on it. Anything that leaves your accounts, like an email, waits for your OK unless you've told it otherwise.

    Bigger things get their own page

    A trip, a move or an insurance cancellation spans weeks and several people. Domovi keeps a project for each, with what's booked, what's missing and who it's waiting on.

    It follows up so you don't have to

    When someone hasn't replied in a few days, a polite follow-up is drafted in the same email thread, ready to send with one tap.

Not everything is a project

Checking one invoice and planning a move are different sizes of work, so Domovi keeps them apart. Things move up a size when they grow.

How it's built

Four pieces, and the important one is your Mac. That's where the work happens, so it needs to stay on and online. Your phone is how you reach it from anywhere.

  1. Your apps

    Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Drive and Fellow meeting notes, through the ChatGPT connectors you already use. Plus Computer History, if you've turned it on.

  2. Your Mac

    The Domovi app runs Codex on your ChatGPT plan. It scans for what's new, and when you approve something it does the work in your own Chrome, with your passkeys. Files land in a Domovi folder.

  3. Domovi sync

    Keeps your cards, tasks, projects, chats and memory in step between your Mac and your phone. It holds no passwords and can't sign in anywhere.

  4. Your phone

    Today, chat, voice dictation and notifications, from anywhere. Add it to your Home Screen and it opens like an app.

It lives on your Mac, not in someone's cloud

Most assistants work from a remote computer that can't use your passkeys. Domovi runs where you're already signed in, and reaches you on your phone wherever you are.

Your Chrome, your logins
Banks, airlines and your work tools already trust your browser. Domovi uses it, passkeys included, instead of a stranger's server.
Your ChatGPT plan
The thinking runs on Codex with the ChatGPT subscription you already pay for. No second AI bill.
Your files stay home
Everything Domovi downloads or creates lands in a Domovi folder on your Mac that you can open, edit or delete.

You decide what it may do on its own

Every kind of action has a setting. Start careful, and loosen it once you trust it. Change any of them from your phone, or just tell Domovi in chat and confirm.

  • In the browser, paying, booking, submitting forms and deleting always stop for your OK in chat.
  • Rules you give it in chat, like "ask before anything over €100", only apply once you tap Add.
  • Emails and web pages can't give Domovi orders. If one tries, it tells you.
  • Every step it takes shows up in the chat as it happens.
  • You can read, edit and delete everything it remembers about you.
